Every step of the sales process at Beaverton Kia, even the initial call inviting us to see what they'd offer us as a trade-in deal, was a pleasure. I'd turned Trevor down on that invitation, and his response was very upbeat without being at all pushy, but as soon as I hung up, my hubby admitted he'd been reading some pretty neat reviews about the Sorento, and he wondered what kind of interest rates they'd offer. We decided to stop in and just see. We barely got out of our Optima when we were met by Chris, who quickly had us taking a test drive. He got us all the answers we needed, and when we bantered back and forth, hemming and hawing about whether we really even were ready for a new car, he simply let us work through our uncertainties without pressure of any kind. When it boiled down to the idea of what color we'd have preferred, he explained about the new ones that were expected in a few days, as well as telling us that we even could change the seat color of the one we had driven. Each step he'd take with us was simple and direct, and then he'd let us work through it together, without interfering or pressuring us at all. When we decided that we wanted to go home and see how much money we would feel comfortable using for a down payment, there was still no pressure to make an instant decision. We returned within the hour and soon went home with our new Sorento. From the office manager who explained some of the technicalities we were concerned with because our Optima had been rear-ended, to the young man who had us sign the forms AND another gentleman who showed us all the features of our new car and even set up the bluetooth feather for us, this was not simply painless but FUN. We already knew how much we like the service department, so we are totally pleased that Beaverton Kia is in every way a delightful experience! More
My Girlfriend Jill and I were looking for the best deal on a New Kia Soul. Allen came up to me and we both it hit off! We were on our way to another Dealership when Allen called, so we stopped by one more time... ended up Buying from Beaverton Kia. No Hassle, best deal we could work. Only real complaint (if any) was the length of time waiting for the Finance Mang. (which is a little understandable... just boring..) Finance part went quickly, once we were in there... Would highly recommend the Dealership to anyone.. More

This was our second new auto purchase from Beaverton Kia in the last nine months. The service and process, as well as the selection and willingness to show us whatever we wanted to look at was as good this in the last nine months. It is rare to find a car dealership that will provide consistent customer service. The sales & finance folks are very friendly and knowledgeable. After the best customer service I have seen since moving from the east coast...I decided on a 2011 Forte. Today. ..I decided to change my mind and go with a different vehicle. Not only did I get my dream car, but I was treated like family here! Both of my children ages 2 & 3 were with me both visits (their play areas for kids in sales and service are amazing!) and were treated with smiles, cookies and even hugs. Josh is superb at listening to your needs and making it happen. George is patient and ready to help, while cutting the pressure of buying a car completely out, Jacob is loaded with product knowledge and compassion, and Joel answered every question I had to make the paperwork process smoothe and complete. This location is stellar at customer service and I will recommend them to all I know! More
I was just seeing if I could possibly upgrade from My '07 Rondo today. Kristy/Christy was helpful in finding the right salesman(Jacob Raleigh) for me, and you gotta go just to try one of her homemade coo '07 Rondo today. Jacob was able not only to help me upgrade to a Soul Plus 2010 Model, which I might add I wanted when I purchased my Rondo, but got me the best bang for my limited buck, so to speak. This wasn't some all day venture, which I tend to expect when walking into any Car Dealership today. Jacob actually was one of the most helpful at any dealership I have ever visited, BAR NONE... I was able to stay within my budget and Jacob along with the great cookies made the experience very comfortable for me. I would recommend, if you are in the market for a new or used Kia, to give them a shout, and again by all , means grab one of those cookies if there are still some left...... I was also pleasantly surprised when I took my car back in a couple days after I purchased it to have the USB port checked. The service worker informed me that I needed the manufacture cord in order to play music off of my phone. He then told me that it was $50 for a new one. After receiving his feedback, I was in my car about to leave when he ran out with a cord and insisted that I took that one. I was so shocked to continue to see such amazing service even after the deal on the car had been done. I love my 2011 Kia Forte and am enjoying it everyday. I recommend everyone looking to buy a car to visit Beaverton Kia. They're just amazing. More
