Alan and Adam were amazing at helping me quickly and easily update my lease for the vehicle we wanted at the payment we needed. We were able to do most of the work over the phone so once I arrived at dealership it was as quick as possible to get in and out. Alan was so great an accommodating, he even gave his jacket to my son to stay warm as we looked at the vehicle! Will in finance was also great about explaining everything clearly and got me through the paperwork really fast.
"I bought a Stinger and I am driving a Optima"
I got my Stinger back on 1-29. I had to bring some paper work back in and while I was driving, noticed a paint defect on the inside lip of the hood. I brought this to the attention of the sales rep, Eric Griffith and arrangements were made to bring my car in to get it fixed as the entire hood would need to be repainted. I brought the car back in on 2-12. and as of 2-23, they still have my car. I have called numerous times because no one will call me back. I have been dealing with a service guy named Ed Ring. I even called Kia, but they were no help. I was told that someone would call me back, but that never happened. The sales rep who helped me was quite nice and did a great job, but if the service department is any indication of what service I will be getting, then no thanks! I was looking at a Lexus, but really liked this car. My wife told me not to buy a Kia. I think she was right.
