After 19 years with my Pontiac VIBE AWD, I made the jump
to buy a new car. It was between a Honda HRV or a KIA Seltos. I initially emailed the Beaveton KIA Dealership to ask a few questions and a nice sale

I initially emailed the Beaveton KIA Dealership to ask a few questions and a nice salesperson, Sam Bongiorno, instantly replied to my email with detailed answers to my quesitons. For several weeks, I continued emails with Sam and finally went in for a test drive. Sam gave me the choice of test driving alone or going in the car with me. I said "Please go in the car with me and show me the features" of which he did. This was priceless since Sam understood winter condition driving and showed me the special features to use or NOT to use in Winter.
Because this was a 2021 model, I wanted to wait until the 2022 Models came out since there were some lighting features I wanted. I waited several months and during this time, Sam never bothered me (unlike the Honda delaership in Hillsboro).
One day I emailed Sam and said, I decided I would like the Seltos Turbo instead of the SX model. He said "we just got one in for tomorrow" and so that was how I bought the car the very next day. But wait, THERE IS MORE.
Two weeks later, while driving my new 2022 KIA Seltos in eastern Oregon on an outing, two deers ran across the road and one of them ran into my new car. That a terrible experience. My car was damaged as well as the poor deer dying in the middle of the road. Not knowing what to do, I immediately called SAM (my salesman) on the phone. He said take pictures, text him them and he would find a body shop appt for me. He took great care of me not just during the buying process but continued to help me while the car was in the Body Shop for months due to delayed parts.
