Seneca Cayson and a Great Experience I went to this dealership because one of my co-workers told me what a great experience she had when she bought her 2014 Kia Optima. She referred me to I went to this dealership because one of my co-workers told me what a great experience she had when she bought her 2014 Kia Optima. She referred me to Seneca Cayson (one of their salesman.) From the very start Seneca took excellent care of me. I went in not sure what model I wanted to purchase. All I knew was that I wanted another Kia because my 2006 Kia Sportage has been the best car I've ever owned and I've had no problems with it at all. Seneca listened to my interests and what I liked ad didn't like and he decided to show me the Sorento and the Soul. I drove the Soreto first and I really liked it, but I think he could tell I wasn't "in love" with it. When I got into the 2014 Kia Soul and I saw how many features it had I was floored!! It had everything I could have wanted. Seneca knew how important the color was to me so he told me that he would get the red Soul the very next day and he would deliver it to me. I've never had that level of customer service before. The very next day he delivered my red Soul as promised. I was so excited because it was exactly what I wanted. He brought it to my home so that was great! My husband and kids were able to listen to the instructions he gave me on how to work all of the features and he even paired my phone for me so that was one less thing I had to do. I couldn't believe how clean and polished it was. I think Seneca even cleaned it up before he brought it to me. There wasn't one smudge or speck of dust anywhere on that car. It was as if he delivered it right out of the factory to my front door. He really worked hard to make sure every step of the process was done right. He was professional and friendly and we had fun working with him. I would recommend this dealership and Seneca to anyone. You won't be sorry you went there. They get you the car you want for a fair price and they don't try to pull the wool over your eyes like some dealerships I've been to. Beaverton Kia rocks!!!! More
