Good luck getting any post-sale service, parts or information from this place. After 7 emails - 5 of which were hard core new car sales efforts - I finally got a quote for the maintenance I asked for information from this place. After 7 emails - 5 of which were hard core new car sales efforts - I finally got a quote for the maintenance I asked for in my 1st email. I also asked about some other parts & service, and about some warranty work. No response on the parts & service, and a “I’ll need the VIN,” in response to the warranty work inquiry. I provided the VIN & got no response. I even got an email from a sales manager asking if I got everything I needed for the ‘new car purchase inquiry’ I never made. If this is how they treat customers after the fact, I don’t think I’ll be buying a vehicle or anything else here, much less recommending the place to anyone. I’m sure Dick Hannah or Weston KIA would be more than happy to provide the information & service I need. More
Worst experience at any service center. I brought in my Kia for a clicking noise every time I turn the car. The technician heard it and clearly knew what the issue was. Wheel hub, wheel bearing and snap ring replacement. I knew what the issue was and they had quoted me $800 for the fix. The technician did the initial repair, drove it and gave it back to me. As soon as I received the car and left, I started to hear clicking still as I did turns again. I took it back and they told me that they only did the passenger side. I said you told me it was 800 to fix the clicking noise and it wasn't fixed. It was still there and would be another 500 to fix the driver side. How do you do the repair, hear the sound and still return the car. If I knew the repair was 1300 total, I wouldn't have done it. I now just threw away $800 for noise that still persists. Do not go and save yourself the trouble. Also they tried to charge me $200 for an oil change and $100 for a cabin air filter. They really try to take advantage of you. More

With a little friendly back and forth over numbers and needs and support from his finance manager Samuel Bongiomo, I was driving off the lot the same day a happy customer! Thank you both! More
Terrible service. Made an appointment to see a car 2 hours prior as we had to drive an hour. The specific car was already sold!! No one would come out to talk to us. We waited in the lot another half hour as they made excuses about the keys. Then a manager comes to give an apology. DON’T COME HERE!! GO to another Kia dealership!! Save yourself the headache. More

I had an absolutely horrendous experience with Beaverton Kia that felt like a cruel prank. This is beyond frustrating as I have successfully conducted remote real estate transactions from across the country! Their lack of customer service and refusal to adapt to modern methods is truly astonishing. I strongly urge everyone to stay clear of this dealership and their deceptive "Express Online Purchase" claim, as it's nothing more than a well-executed scam. More
I am an old guy purchased many new cars, I have to say that Derek Cunningham was the best sales person I have ever had! No pressure honest, and so helpful! The dealership is crooked and dishonest. They sold a vehicle while my son was already approved for financing and would not take a payment electronically. They did not have the courtesty to try and find another vehicle like he wanted/needed, as he is getting ready to take a new job in Tucson. What a xxxxxxx "BIG JOHN," is. They should be ashamed. Never EVER, GO TO BEAVERTON KIA. They did the same thing to a friend of my daughters. It is all about money and they don't care about their customers or reputation. . . Take that to the bank and shove it! More
