This is the 3rd time I had a CHECK ENGINE LIGHT come on in the last 9 months - but this is the 1st repair with B.T. Raul, the Service advisor was terrific. He listened to us, and said he communicated with in the last 9 months - but this is the 1st repair with B.T. Raul, the Service advisor was terrific. He listened to us, and said he communicated with the Technician as requested. He did an all-around great job. My issue was with the appointment scheduler. She told me that BT had an appointment available at 1:20 pm, as well as the two following days. She said that it would take 1 to 2 hours to diagnose the Check engine light. I did get a phone message at 4:45pm saying that they had not been able to perform the service. I called back at 5:10 p.m. but no answer at that desk and no known way to talk to Raul. Got answers next day on Monday morning. Parts not in stock. Repair took until Friday. I wouldn’t have scheduled the repair at midday if there was a decent chance of not being done that day. There also was an issue with Raul not being able to contact me because my phone was blocking his number. I get lots of spam calls, and if someone doesn’t leave a message I block them. Somehow that happened, and I will take the blame for that issue. As stated, my issue was in the front end of the process. More
The staff went way out of their way and stayed late to accommodate me and help get me into the vehicle I wanted. My salesman was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. BV Toyota needs to bring back their shuttle service back for its customers. That service option is missed a lot by folks. Most folks would even pay a small fee for the service. BV Toyota lap tops in the for its customers. That service option is missed a lot by folks. Most folks would even pay a small fee for the service. BV Toyota lap tops in the customer service area need an update. They only have one now and it is very slow or not at all. Most folks bring their own lap tops. BV used to give a free rental if repair bill was over a certain dollar amount. Not anymore. More
Well Beaverton Toyota has been hounding me for a review, but I’ve been waiting to see if the problem was resolved. I’ still waiting for it to rain more to see if the water intrusion into the cabin h review, but I’ve been waiting to see if the problem was resolved. I’ still waiting for it to rain more to see if the water intrusion into the cabin has stopped. They say they couldn’t find a leak after have 6 weeks of searching, they gave the truck back. They acted like I wasn’t telling the truth about the leak when they returned it. So now I’m waiting on rain to come and see. I’m not driving it because when the leak has happened it showed up after sitting in the rain for 3 or 4 day’s. Maybe they unplugged something and didn’t realize it who knows. But after 6 weeks of not having my truck and not being given a loaner I’m not a happy customer. Yes you read that right, 6 weeks without a loaner! They blamed it on Toyota corporate and corporate said loaners are at the dealer discretion. During this whole time Beaverton Toyota service would call and up date me less than once a week and usually because I called them. Only twice did the “my” service rep call me. Other times it was to tell me “he” in on Fridays or that he was off for a week, he was useless and acted like he didn’t care about his job. So in the end I would tell customer that Beaver Toyota has horrible service and doesn’t know or care. I have since talked to others that have told me this is what they have experienced too at Beaverton Toyota and don’t go there anymore. Apparently the reviews online are also bad, wish I had found this out before going to Beaverton Toyota. More

As this was very close to the holidays, I had to go in to sign papers when Hisela wasn't there, and that experience was frustrating. Communication from the salesman who took over for her was very poor, and I was quite unimpressed. Though this didn't stop me from buying the car, it did make my overall view of the place diminish.
