I brought my 2023 Tacoma to Beaverton Toyota for an alignment check. The vehicle was pulling to the right. I was told same day service was possible and was asked to wait on site, which I did for over f alignment check. The vehicle was pulling to the right. I was told same day service was possible and was asked to wait on site, which I did for over four hours. At no point did anyone ask about my lug nut key. I was eventually told to leave the vehicle overnight. The next morning I was informed the alignment could not be performed because of my anti-theft lug nut bolts. The key was in my center console cup holder the entire time I waited. I had to rent a car at my own expense due to the overnight hold and lack of preparation during intake. When I picked up the vehicle, the odometer read 20,321 miles. It came in at 20,205 miles. Nobody at the dealership could explain the 116 mile difference. The service receipt also listed the intake mileage incorrectly as 20,320, which does not match my records. My service advisor Enrique Vega rarely provided updates and I had to follow up myself throughout the process. What was quoted as a same day appointment extended nearly 48 hours total. I have since sent a formal complaint to Toyota corporate with supporting documentation. I am hopeful this gets resolved, but wanted other customers to be aware of my experience before choosing this location for service. More

I was in quite the plight with my Honda Prologue. The car had broken down twice under 5000 miles (once in the shop for 2 weeks) and there were issues with braking on the highway, and then Honda annou The car had broken down twice under 5000 miles (once in the shop for 2 weeks) and there were issues with braking on the highway, and then Honda announced they would be discontinuing the car. It was basically a GM car with a Honda logo. I still had a lease on it and of course a ton of negative equity. Michael Rodriguez helped me significantly. He spoke with me on the phone, took my car for $2500 more than another Toyota dealer was offering, and helped me get a $500 discount because I’m a college student. I went through a Honda Civic and a Honda Prologue, and the whole time I was eyeing a Toyota Tacoma. Great truck with high resale value, and everyone knows any Toyota you buy is basically eternal. Michael helped me get my monthly payments to within $20 of where my Prologue was, and the insurance for a 2026 Tacoma ended up being about $50 cheaper. Such a good feeling. I drove it back to Eugene the next day and still had 200 miles of range and started at 293, but I had driven it around before the Highway trip to Eugene. My prologue would have gone from about 250 miles to 90 or 80 from Portland to Eugene, and then I would have to go to the nearest level 3 charging station 20 minutes away and sit there for an hour. Michael was instrumental in this process and I am very thankful for his help in getting me a Toyota I’ve wanted for a while now. He helped me get a car that gives me confidence on the road that it won’t say “service high voltage system” (like my prologue did twice in the pouring rain on I5). Michael had great customer service and explained the truck and finances very clearly. Whenever my younger sister gets a car I will be telling her to go to Beaverton Toyota. While Toyotas’ unparalleled longevity and value retention are factors, the wonderful experience Michael provided is a huge factor! More
I had my eyes on the 250 series Land Cruiser for the last 2 1/2 years, and after seeing that Beaverton Toyota had a 1958 Land Cruiser for sale at a competitive price, I reached out to Trey Putnam, a great sa 2 1/2 years, and after seeing that Beaverton Toyota had a 1958 Land Cruiser for sale at a competitive price, I reached out to Trey Putnam, a great sales person that I had worked with in the past. He responded right away to set up an appointment an hour later. As usual, Trey was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I felt relaxed through the whole process, so I didn’t feel pressured into a decision I didn’t want to make. After the test drive I was sold, however, I didn’t think I would be able to get to a payment that worked for me, on account of the vehicle trade I was trying to make. Trey worked with the sales manager, who did some incredible number crunching, and got me to a payment that was far below my expectations. Within a few hours, I was driving off in my brand new Land Cruiser. I highly recommend Beaverton Toyota. The team there is top-notch and the facility is second to none. More
