Recently bought a car here and agreed to give them my original taillights for my after market taillights and they said I'd get a call for me to pick them up. I come back I get told that they have no clue original taillights for my after market taillights and they said I'd get a call for me to pick them up. I come back I get told that they have no clue if they got tossed or not. How stupid is that ? Telling me my $400 lights are used when I just got them 4 months ago LOL. Then the guy says that it's not their responsibility and tells me to leave the dealership. The white fat dude is disrespectful and didn't keep his end of the deal. Pretty sure he's the sales manager too so he sucks xxx! More

Beaverton Toyota sold me a new RAV 4. They damaged the front bumper when they drilled the wrong holes for the front license plate. A friend and I went to Beaverton Toyota on 8/5/25 each looking to buy a 2025 Rav4 Hybrid (a Limited and XSE respectively). Talked to a salesman about availability and pricing.
