I was late for a couple of minutes and still everyone was very respectful and said it was ok. They took my car and I was told that there will be a 2 hour wait. I wanted to bring my Highlander in to do a factory recall that takes 3 hours. They called me to schedule a time, but I didn’t have my calendar so I didn’t. Then I realized we we driving to California and I that takes 3 hours. They called me to schedule a time, but I didn’t have my calendar so I didn’t. Then I realized we we driving to California and I wanted to get the service done before going. I tried scheduling but nothing was available until the week we are in California. We left on Monday. The prior Friday Beaverton Toyota called again and asked if I wanted to schedule the recall work. I told him we get home Saturday at noon, so the only day possible is Saturday after. He said “bring it in, we’ll get it done”. He said 12:20 or 12:50. I picked 12:50 so it would be done by 4:00 pm. It went perfectly. I picked it up right at 4:00. They really went out of their way to help me. I’m writing this review on our way back from California. More
