Marcus Adside is a rockstar Marcus deserves to be on top of the employee recognition board. He has been supremely helpful in my vehicle purchasing process, far more than any othe Marcus deserves to be on top of the employee recognition board. He has been supremely helpful in my vehicle purchasing process, far more than any other employee in the campus. The part I did NOT appreciate, was when putting in my down payment, there was confusion between a few of Marcus' higher-ups regarding card limits, forms of payment, etc. Marcus was given a direct instruction from his lead, and correctly explained it to me, but was then verbally attacked by his colleague directly in front of my wife and I. It is shameful that Beaverton Toyota does not have a standard procedure on down payment transaction types, and allows unprofessional workplace bullying to happen in front of their guests. When dealing with thousands of dollars, I'd expect some level of professionalism. Marcus nailed it, but the same cannot be said for others. More

My decision not to purchase the others was met with a clear understanding of my reasoning with only a final attempt to persuade me in a reasonable manner. I very much appreciated that my decisions were very well respected. My only complaint is that is took over 2 hours to get our final paperwork due to insufficient staffing at the time we were there. This was during the COVID-19 quarantine, so we cut them some slack on this. Even including that extended wait time, this was still our very best experience ever purchasing a new car at a dealership. More
