Purchase of new 2020 Rav4... trade-in of 2018 Rav4 I had a great experience at Beaverton Toyota.. I started dealing with Alex Smith at the first of the year looking to upgrade to a 2020 Rav4 Hybrid. H I had a great experience at Beaverton Toyota.. I started dealing with Alex Smith at the first of the year looking to upgrade to a 2020 Rav4 Hybrid. He worked diligently to find me the color/features I wanted. During the CoVid16 isolation I was out of town for an extended period of time, but he continue to stay in touch and give me updates. Once I was back in town and felt safe with isolation to pursue this purchase, I met Alex at the dealership. He happened to be tied up with another customer, so connected me with Peter Melillo who jumped right in to help find the SUV with right color/features and get it brought to Beaverton. Between the 2 of them, we worked to negotiate an acceptable trade-in price for my 2018, discuss purchase/loan options and finalize the sale. They worked together seamlessly to meet my needs and answer questions...even after I drove my new car off the lot!! Because of Alex and Peter, I will definitely recommend Beaverton Toyota and continue to return for all my maintenance and future car needs. More

Marcus Adside is a rockstar Marcus deserves to be on top of the employee recognition board. He has been supremely helpful in my vehicle purchasing process, far more than any othe Marcus deserves to be on top of the employee recognition board. The part I did NOT appreciate, was when putting in my down payment, there was confusion between a few of Marcus' higher-ups regarding card limits, forms of payment, etc. Marcus was given a direct instruction from his lead, and correctly explained it to me, but was then verbally attacked by his colleague directly in front of my wife and I. It is shameful that Beaverton Toyota does not have a standard procedure on down payment transaction types, and allows unprofessional workplace bullying to happen in front of their guests. When dealing with thousands of dollars, I'd expect some level of professionalism. Marcus nailed it, but the same cannot be said for others. More
