Smooth process, Luis was great! I was casually looking at vehicles around town and was looking at Volvo XC90s and the Toyota Highlander. In randomly looking online, I came across a Highlander at Beaverton Toyota and (due to COVID) called ahead to see if it was still there and set an appointment to come see it. I was greeted by Luis, who explained all the features of the SUV (unlike another dealership) and set my current vehicle up to be appraised while I test drove the Highlander. I really liked the SUV, but of course needed to see numbers first. Luis presented me with the appraisal offer, which was very fair and higher than we'd been offered by a local Carmax. He then showed me all of the various payment options, and let me toy around with different down payment amounts, etc - I was really able to evaluate all of the numbers and my options and decide what worked for me. Once I decided to move forward, he helped me get set up with financing and even helped me knock a point off of my interest rate. He was incredibly patient and pleasant throughout, and once all was said and done, he walked me through all of the vehicle features again before I drove off. I'm not much of a "car person" and I've always sold my cars to private buyers and vigorously shop and compare - this was by far the smoothest, easiest vehicle purchase I've made and I am beyond happy with my Highlander. (Also, the dealership was well spaced, all Toyota team members were in mask and sanitizer was readily available. My husband and I really appreciated how much detail they put into making the experience feel safe and clean.) More

I’ve bought many cars from dealerships in my lifetime and it’s always a source of anxiety, mostly because of the hard sell, lack of actual knowledge of the vehicle their selling me and the negotiation proces it’s always a source of anxiety, mostly because of the hard sell, lack of actual knowledge of the vehicle their selling me and the negotiation process. This was the first dealership and sales person I’ve had experience that I felt none of the bad and all of how it should be. Gabby was a pro from start to finish. She made the process actually enjoyable. I never felt pressured and at the end of the process felt good about the price on the truck I bought and felt the truck I was trading in was given a fair value. Every dealership should follow these guys as the way to run their own ship. I would recommend Gabby to anyone for their sales process and Beaverton Toyota as whole. In a day where it feels like you’re always being sold, I highly appreciated that Gabby and Beaverton Toyota always mad me feel like they wanted to get it right, not just sell a vehicle.
