We only discussed additional add-ons of which I only purchased one. My decision not to purchase the others was met with a clear understanding of my reasoning with only a final attempt to persuade me in a reasonable manner. I very much appreciated that my decisions were very well respected. My only complaint is that is took over 2 hours to get our final paperwork due to insufficient staffing at the time we were there. This was during the COVID-19 quarantine, so we cut them some slack on this. Even including that extended wait time, this was still our very best experience ever purchasing a new car at a dealership. More
Poor Customer Service I recently bought a Toyota truck and have only been into Beaverton Toyota a couple times for routine service so far. After my last visit, I was told t I recently bought a Toyota truck and have only been into Beaverton Toyota a couple times for routine service so far. After my last visit, I was told that I would need to do some major fluid exchanges soon. I called three different times to ask a service writer a couple of questions. The first time I had to leave a voicemail to the generic line and nobody called me back. After four days of waiting, I called back to be transferred to Cody, who didn't answer and his voicemail was full. I called back and the receptionist said she would leave a message for him. I never received a call back. Being a single father and front line healthcare worker, I don't have all day to wait around for someone to call. It's a shame we couldn't make something work because this is the closest and most convenient dealership to my home. I have moved on to Royal Moore and even though the drive was a little further, the service has been superb! Perhaps it's the healthcare company I work for that has ingrained the importance of high quality customer service in me, but it's strange to me that Toyota would not try harder to help when I was planning on giving them a good chunk of money for my repair. I hope in the future, you can improve your message system so that hardworking people don't get dropped through the cracks. More

That's 2 hours of my life I won't get back. After recall work for airbags, oil change and tire rotation, our heated and cooled seats didn't work, as well as they didn't reset the maintenance lig After recall work for airbags, oil change and tire rotation, our heated and cooled seats didn't work, as well as they didn't reset the maintenance light. Called and showed up for another appointment. Waited 2 hours in the service area during covid, no water, or even cups available to get a drink. I was told " the drink vending machine in the employee lounge just ran out", and "'I've told the manager that customers are asking for water but they haven't done anything". After 1 hr. 50 minutes, I approached the service manager, and my car had been ready for awhile. Found out the previous repair person failed to reconnect the heater/cooler plug. And that took 2 hours of me waiting? Not even a free carwash. Not a happy customer! More
