He even drove all the way to Oregon city to meet my mom (who was a cosigner on my trade in) to sign paperwork so she didn't have to drive out in traffic after work. No one was pushy, everyone was friendly and even remembered me when I came back the next day. I traded in my beloved jeep wrangler for a new 4runner. Mohammed never made me feel rushed or pushed into a sale. I appreciated that any time he didn't completely know an answer, he went and found it. Well we came in expecting all day and Mohammad explained how it would not be over an hour after we made our final decision on the vehicle. THIS WAS AMAZING to us; as we over the years have given up many days to car buying and lots of stress. And the famous "well let me go talk to my manager". BUT NOT HERE. Mohammad is the best and really showed us all the intricates of our new used vehicle. After we found our car and test drove it the paperwork went smoothly and we were home for lunch. We had a 9:45 appointment and as I said home for lunch! We could not believe how relaxing this was. He took us on a tour of the dealership and they have a wonderful café and the tour was so informative. AND they financed the car according to the credit reporting... Excellent credit gets excellent finance charge. That has never happened either . Usually they say oh the loan amount does not allow for that low rate. BUT AGAIN not here! So very good deal all around and will definitely recommend this dealership and Mohammad Khan. Thank you for a great experience. More
