My lease on my previous Tacoma was ending and Greg Parker had kept in contact with me to let me know what the current incentive programs were. Greg was there every step of the way. It was a very seamless process. All the managers worked together to help Greg help me. Josh Ford appraised my trade in, Mati Rahim found exactly the truck I wanted, and Dan Perez secured it from the other dealer. The deal was exactly what I had expected with no surprises. This was in the morning,I left and Greg Parker said he would call when they had the truck. I was expecting a day or two wait. No not at Beaverton Toyota. Greg drove to Astoria got the truck and called me at 5:30 to ask when I wanted to pick it up. My wife and I came down at 6:30 and there was the truck, cleaned and full of gas ready for delivery. Greg throughly explained everything. We then completed the contracts. Andrew Hudson helped Greg make sure everything was perfect. I hope you can sense from this review what a great experience it was! If you are looking for a new Toyota you need to go to Beaverton Toyota and ask for Greg Parker. More

I have never publicly voiced my disgust against a company before but this business has left me no choice. I bought a brand new 2019 Toyota Adventure Rav 4 (my first ever new car) from Ron Tonkin Toyota and brought it to Toyota Beverton for the 5k mile inspection and to fix a defect with brakes. They kept it overnight. About 6 weeks later I noticed balding spots where the paint was worn down at the front end of my car. To make a long story short and to the point, I had 5 service techs with Toyota tell me it came from a buffer wheel and pointed out line marks obvious it was from a buffer wheel. Now Beverton Toyota is denying any responsibility and will not repair the damage they caused to my property. They told me they could not verify what happened since their CCV footage did not go back to the time I brought my car in and the damage was not documented so it couldn't possibly be them. Why would a cover-up be documented? I must say, that my car has only been in their care. I have never even taken it through a car wash. There are many more lies and complete dismissive indignance I've had to endure with this dealership. They have had zero interest in stepping up and doing the right thing by repairing damages that were caused while in their care and dismiss the facts while digging in their heels about not being liable. At this point, I will be pursuing legal action. I want the public to have knowledge of this so they can protect their own property and hopefully, it will not happen to them. When I informed Manager Kayleen of this her response was "If that will make you happy". Seriously, how dismissive and how can any of this make me happy! More

Biff Babineau made sure that Nick could arrange everything for us. Because of the winter weather warnings we had to pick up the vehicle early. Luis Garrido answered our new questions, got us through the paper work and then demonstrated even more RAV4 Hybrid features. Ask for either Nick Ralston or Luis Garrido when you are looking for the best car. We have bought 4 vehicles from Beaverton Toyota. We are very happy with their service department. More
Excellent sales staff, back end paperwork could be faster Dealer had several used models listed on their website, but our initial salesperson had trouble locating the 2 we were most interested in driving. So, we drove something very similar and liked it a lot. Eventually, the salesperson tracked down one of the models we came to see and told us it would be back from conditioning the next days. We decided to go ahead and purchase, confident that we liked the model and that the online pictures were great. The next day we went to dealer to pick up and saw the other model we were interested in the day before (but the salesperson couldn't locate) and asked to swap the purchase. Gabby Shepard stepped in to handle the swap, which went very, very smoothly. She is very engaging and asked good questions that helped us get everything we wanted. She was also very helpful in getting the purchase steps done in an order that allowed my partner to leave the dealership and put our kids to bed...again, very, very helpful and thoughtful about the needs of my family. After the sale, Gabby has done a follow-up to make sure we still love the car and to answer some questions we had. Overall, she was great and provided exactly the kind of experience we were hoping for. The only negative aspect of our experience (over the 2 days) was not being able to find cars that were clearly listed on their website. Even with the stock number/VIN, it was tough to find where the cars were. Someone should really be able to tell the sales staff, who are truly hustling to make customers happy, where the darn cars are on the lot...especially when it's raining. Second, and this is true at a lot of dealers we've dealt with, the paperwork process can take a lot longer than you would expect. I think it might be down to having only a person or 2 that can approve the sale/paperwork on the management side. Regardless, once you actually agree on everything, it can still take a couple hours before you get your keys and drive away happy. Overall though, Gabby and the sales people are top class. More

Muhammad Khan is very helpful. I appreciated Mr. Khan's presentation of the car without pressuring a sale. He answered my questions and listened to what I needed from a vehicle.
