Tony is our salesman and he helped me and my husband purchase our 2020 RAV4 Hybrid XSE. He treated us so well and was patiently by our side through the whole process - we spent 5 hours browsing through multiple models, test driving and creating a financial plan. We finally purchased our car as the dealership was closing. Tony stayed after closing to help us set up and connect our phones to the new car. I am obsessed and so happy with my purchase! We sat with Chris the entire time, not once did we have to haggle with finance. The whole process is done with the salesman... this was new to us but we were very pleased with the process. We made record time at the dealership and only spent 3 hours there from drive up to drive away in our 2020 Tundra Crewmax TRD off-road. More
