Best Dealership Experience My partner and I bought a brand new Tacoma with no hassle. We test drove a 2020 Tacoma and loved it. It was not the exact package we wanted so Muhamma My partner and I bought a brand new Tacoma with no hassle. We test drove a 2020 Tacoma and loved it. It was not the exact package we wanted so Muhammad found the exact truck and transferred it. Within about 24 hours the truck was in and first thing the next day we signed our paperwork! Muhammad was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He informed us of the extra options available without being pushy. Signing the paper work was very fast and easy! Najib Bahrami was exceptionally wonderful!!!! From first contact and then throughout the entire process, Najib’s competence was unlike ANY sales experience we’ve ever had. He communicated clearly, From first contact and then throughout the entire process, Najib’s competence was unlike ANY sales experience we’ve ever had. He communicated clearly, confidently and concisely - allaying all of our concerns and fears of the car purchasing process. He answered any questions - small or large - with reassurance and helpfulness. Not once did he allow us to feel insignificant or blown off. He is professional and intelligent beyond our greatest expectations! In fact we were waiting for some gimmick or last minute price change or...and it never happened!! He even arranged for Andrew to meet me on a day that Najib was not working. And Andrew was wonderful too! The ONLY issue we had was when we were filling out the paperwork (we had done everything in advance to get the credit union loan pre approval and have exceptional credit rating etc) and Najib was being super FAST and taking us as smoothly and swiftly as he could through the process, but when he had to hand off the paperwork to the finance folks - that’s where things got SLOW SLOW SLOW!!!!! Najib had no control over this. We saw the finance guy finger pecking our info into a tablet! He was soooooo SLOW! And we were there - held up by him - for 2 hours!!!! It was an unnecessary WASTE of our time!!!! It was late and the dealership was empty of customers and we were held hostage for way too long! But Najib did his best to keep us happy and inform us about our new car! More
