He was well versed in the vehicle and very informed as to the options that were available in this model. The next day we returned to further discuss the vehicle and found Richard involved with another customer. We were introduced to Liby Rodriguez. She was also well versed in the model was quick to answer any and all of our tough questions. After a real fare trade in quote, were quickly and might add happy and comfortably on our way with our new truck. This was the first time we had purchased a vehicle that we felt comfortable and no pressure placed on us with options we didn't really want or need.
