The perfact new truck experience Our first ever visit to Beaverton Toyota we were directed to sales person Richard Kim and was interested in a new 1794 Edition Toyota Tundra. He was w Our first ever visit to Beaverton Toyota we were directed to sales person Richard Kim and was interested in a new 1794 Edition Toyota Tundra. He was well versed in the vehicle and very informed as to the options that were available in this model. The next day we returned to further discuss the vehicle and found Richard involved with another customer. We were introduced to Liby Rodriguez. She was also well versed in the model was quick to answer any and all of our tough questions. After a real fare trade in quote, were quickly and might add happy and comfortably on our way with our new truck. This was the first time we had purchased a vehicle that we felt comfortable and no pressure placed on us with options we didn't really want or need. From answering questions about the car, assisting with the financing process, to all the paperwork to make the car mine. Chris was especially helpful throughout the process, answering all my texts, phone calls and emails in a timely fashion and making sure I was fully satisfied. They were both friendly, responsive, and provided answers with any questions I had. The search for this popular car model and the actual purchase was very quick and really fun! Meeting with David last Saturday (busy day) to purchase the car I reserved was personable and professional. I enjoyed the food that came along with it! It was a much longer transaction than I I expected as it was Saturday morning, but David pays attention to detail and wanted to make sure I had all questions answered about this high tech car! He was patient and kind as well as knowledgeable with the computerized car! I greatly appreciated the time he took and it was not simply a quick transaction. Excellent service from David and Teri! I LOVE this car!!!! One tip: if you get a high tech car, you need at least an iPhone 8 to use the app! He helped figure that out! I would go with them again! More
