The service this visit was not up to your usual high standar When my car was ready there was confusion over my keys and my paperwork. No one talked to me about the service that was done and when I arrived home When my car was ready there was confusion over my keys and my paperwork. No one talked to me about the service that was done and when I arrived home I discovered that the multipoint inspection checklist I was given belonged to another customer. Which certainly compromised his personal information and probably mine as well. When I called I was told that I would have to return to the dealership to acquire the inspection that was done on my car. I did finally manage to talk to the service advisor who emailed one to me. No one at any time apologized for the inconvenience or the fact that there seemed to be no one trained and qualified to handle a simple problem when it occurred. More

A friend recommended Beaverton Toyota as providing an easy, no-pressure atmosphere. I pulled into the lot and Muhammad Khan was there to greet me. He was impeccably dressed, very polite and focused on helping me find my new car. In the course of an hour, I had decided on the car; the Toyota 2019 RAV4 SUV AWD Hybrid, Limited edition. Because I had never driven a hybrid, I decided on a 3 year lease. Muhammad was able to explain the leasing procedure and I was extremely happy with the terms of the leasing agreement. The next day I came and picked up the vehicle. Muhammad went over the car again and offered to be available for any questions. In addition to Muhammad, everyone I encountered at this dealership was very kind and helpful. I would recommend this dealership without reservation. More
