Also, I specifically said not to run my credit score and run me through the banks because I already knew what it was and they did it anyways. Thanks to them, my credit score has now lessened 100 points! And I’ve gotten 14 letters in my mail of credit reports. I wish I would’ve known this all before hand, along with how USELESS the warranties are that they very well insisted that I have even when I stated no. Put away all of the xxxxxxxx schemes of trying to sell a car, instead be more generous. You honestly make me sick. More

Not only was he Friendly and Helpful but he also taught me a few life lessons in our brief time together. It was almost like I was being helped by an old friend or friendly uncle rather than a cutthroat sales person. With that being said, I was hesitant to be taken away from my dear friend as the deal progressed, but much to my surprise the second fellow I spoke with, Josh Ford, was a class act as well. Not only did he go over ALL of my options, he also saved me some money. At first I thought it was turning into a classic bait and switch, I was happy with the numbers and Greg informed me that they were checking on something as he brought me a fresh steaming hot cocoa, as I lavished in the aroma I thought to myself "here it comes again, the ole bait and switch, they are going to tell me there was a mistake or the bank was asking for more money down", as I tried to enjoy my last few moments of peace before my inevetible exit, Greg came back and informed me that Josh was able to get the rate lower than what I was already happy with. I nearly spilled my cocoa in my attempts to sign the document as fast as possible in order to lock in these impeccable rates. I could go on and on, but I don't want to spoil it for anyone else looking to visit this dealership, please go see for yourself. Just ask for the Danish Prince (although Greg assured me he is not actually Danish Royalty, just a nickname for being the KING of customer service), you won't be sorry. More
