Paul Moon, who is on of the managers in the service department, he was courteous and agreed to sit in for a test drive to confirm the sound. He really tried everything to get to the bottom of the sound, and succeeded. He helped us get the service we needed covered through our warranty, so we didn't have to pay a dime out of pocket. He deserves a higher position in the department, if possible! We appreciate his valuable time spent resolving our issue. Thank you, Paul! Daniel Martini was great with getting us checked in quickly! We were in a hurry on the first trip because we were squeezing in a test drive before picking up our daughter. When we decided to shop around the following days to make sure we got the best price for the vehicle, our trade-in, and financing, we went to another dealership and had a horrible experience. We came back to Beaverton Toyota before the end of the week to complete the purchase and everything went smoothly with Mahdi Farahani. Having an awesome snack bar and cafeteria with complimentary food and drinks for our whole family was a nice touch, especially to keep our 3-year-old from going crazy. We hope we don't have to shop for a new car anytime soon, but would come back to Beaverton Toyota if we decide to get another Toyota down the road. More
