We were in a hurry on the first trip because we were squeezing in a test drive before picking up our daughter. When we decided to shop around the following days to make sure we got the best price for the vehicle, our trade-in, and financing, we went to another dealership and had a horrible experience. We came back to Beaverton Toyota before the end of the week to complete the purchase and everything went smoothly with Mahdi Farahani. Having an awesome snack bar and cafeteria with complimentary food and drinks for our whole family was a nice touch, especially to keep our 3-year-old from going crazy. We hope we don't have to shop for a new car anytime soon, but would come back to Beaverton Toyota if we decide to get another Toyota down the road. More

Najib is my go to for any questions and for learning how to use all the amazing technology of this car. His help did not end when I drove the car home. Great Team! It was a joy to work with Dominic and Biff! I had visited earlier in the Summer when I started thinking about upgrading my Prius and also dealt with D It was a joy to work with Dominic and Biff! I had visited earlier in the Summer when I started thinking about upgrading my Prius and also dealt with Dom who was just as helpful and was understanding when I ultimately drove away in my old car that day since I wasn't feeling a right fit with any of the models I was seeing. I came back a couple days ago and he remembered the priorities I had mentioned in that first visit and directed me toward vehicles that would meet my needs. I didn't want nor need something larger than what I currently had but wanted to stay in the Hybrid family and definitely wanted an AWD. Dom showed me the Prius AWD model which I didn't realize was a thing and it had all the features I wished my current one had. After a couple hours, Biff and Dominic were able to send me off with a brand new Prius AWD with a superbly low interest rate and a reasonable monthly payment. Biff was great and appraised my vehicle fairly and generously considering that it had recently been rear-ended and was without repair. I was treated very well throughout the process and will definitely be back to this less-pressuring-environment-than-most-car-dealerships dealership in the future! 10/10 recommend! More
