I brought my 2020 Tacoma in for service last week. It could not have been easier. I called in they fir me in at the time I wanted. When i got there I was greeted right away. I don't remember seeing a name tag. The service advisor Ruby Miranda got me checked in quickly. After I left I was texted updates.Then I picked it up right on time. Quicker than what I anticipated. Was told I had to shell out over $3000 to replace sunroof- the rubber seal around the sunroof glass is deteriorating and seems to be a common issue with Toyota Prius. Poor design which cause buyers t sunroof- the rubber seal around the sunroof glass is deteriorating and seems to be a common issue with Toyota Prius.
