We were in a tough spot and needed to find a car quickly, which is not ideal considering how big of a decision it is to purchase a new vehicle. Our previous car was a Toyota which we loved, but had found a pre-owned Honda that had caught our attention. We first went to Beaverton Honda to test drive the Civic we found. To be frank, we left that dealership as fast as possible. They didn’t listen to our preferences, tried to include a bunch of extra third-party maintenance packages (basically covered all the same things insurance offers), treated us like we didn’t know what we were doing, and at one point, insisted we use more of our savings for a down payment which was downright unprofessional. So we left right away. That’s where our day went from awful to absolutely perfect. We went to Beaverton Toyota, where we were immediately helped by Alex. I cannot say enough kind words about them. Alex was attentive, had answers for all of our questions, was not pushy in the least bit, and was super friendly. They had a great sense of humor and were genuinely kind and helpful. We ended up purchasing a new Toyota Corolla and absolutely love the car. We got a great deal and the dealership was very transparent about everything and didn’t once pressure us or try to add-on unnecessary plans. I would recommend Alex and Beaverton Toyota to anyone looking for a vehicle. More

I was told the first time I visited your lot a couple of weeks ago that you folks always offer Kelly Blue Book trade-in value to your customers. However, the trade-in amount that was offered to me was ridiculous and no where near the Kelly Blue Book trade-in value. I'm not sure what that manager was thinking (or if he was thinking at all). I would have had every right to leave your dealership and go somewhere else (since what I was told ended up being inaccurate ). However, I liked dealing with Sara and I have heard great things about your dealership so I went ahead and bought the Corolla and I am going to sell my Volvo privately. More

Some Employees Are Great Upon coming here, I was extremely excited about the toyota 4runner I found, and could not wait to try it out. Getting a test drive was quick and easy, and getting prepared to get financing was also fairly easy. Unfortunately it was a sunday, and they could not tell me if I would get the car until monday. I called back on monday, asking to speak with my sales rep, to which they responded he wasn't in and apparently no manager was there either to help me out. Tuesday went by and I received the same run around, even having both my mother and father in law call them, and my fiance who were all very furious with the way I was being avoided as they work in the car business. Muhammad was the manager I was working with, who gave me the run around, would not return my calls, and would not help in any way when he was asked about it. It wasn't until I came in on my own wednesday and explained the whole situation to Kyle that I was even helped. When I finally got the car in my own possession, which required me going down there on wednesday with my grandpa, I noticed it was very shakey when I got it on the freeway. We took it back and they informed us it was simply a wheel balancing issue and that they would "cover it this time." Unfortunately, this was not the issue and it continued being shakey and scary to drive. We called again to let them know, and they said they couldn't get me in to have it fixed for 2 weeks when I had JUST bought the car. My father in law then called and spoke with a manager, which took him 30 minutes just to get on the line, and finally was able to convince them to work with us and get an appointment made. Though we had the appointment, when we got in the service man looking at the car seemed to think we were lying or making things up to bring the car back, I explained to him that I really wanted the car but wasn't sure why it was doing what it did - and that I was scared to drive it. Finally we got it fixed, the U-Joints were out, something that should not be the case and is definitely scary to drive in this condition. Overall, after being treated horribly by sales manager Muhammed, Kyle was very helpful in getting me the car and speaking with my grandpa and I. Peter was also very helpful, though I felt like they were both annoyed when I was complaining of the way it drove, seeming to think I was making it up or trying to get work for free out of them. The car itself was used, wear and tear on the sidewalls of the tires, a broken tire sensor that had to be replaced and I was charged for, only given a valet key so had to pay for a real key, though they covered the cost of receding the system to get the key, and the U-Joints were loose when I first received the car. Now that all of this has been fixed, I've had no issues with this car and also intend to NEVER go back to this dealership, for service or otherwise. More

Great Humble Help Libertad was very generous. She was very clear in explaining the type of deals was willing to do the most to make sure we knew what we were buying and Libertad was very generous. My husband and I speak little English but she was a great Spanish speaker and we value that. Such a great person!! More
Quick and easy with no hassle I went into the dealership because I was after an advertised special on a Tundra Limited. The truck was there. We were able to get through the sales process and paperwork in about an hour which is the fastest I have ever experienced. They were helpful with tailoring the financing to keep the interest rate low. The car detailers had the truck ready and we left in record time. This was the easiest new car purchase I have ever made. I always go into a dealership feeling a bit guarded and I was pleasantly surprised. I did extensive research before purchasing this truck. I compared other Toyota dealers and other brands. This was the lowest price I found including using the Costco discount. More

There were no hidden agendas, no surprises. The cost of the vehicle was exactly what was quoted to me and what they said they would give me for my vehicle was exactly the price. I called Beaverton Toyota and was transferred to Enrique Esparza to see if the automobile wa I saw a listing on a low mileage Rav4 6cyl on Facebook. I called Beaverton Toyota and was transferred to Enrique Esparza to see if the automobile was still available. Enrique personally went out on the lot and let me know that it was, I explained that we were over 100 miles away and I didn't want to travel up to Beaverton only to find it was sold. He texted me that evening at closing time to let me know it was. He let me know what the earliest time they would open the following morning. My wife and I left our house at 5:30am and when we arrived Enrique had already let the service manager that we would be comming..Enrique texted us from his home that morning to let us know who to contact and we were greeted immediately upon arrival. This young man went above and beyond expectations, we will definitely reccomend Beaverton Toyota to all our friends and family due to Enrique's exceptional customer service!! He deserves a big raise :-) More
