A breath of fresh air! My husband and I had recently purchased a used vehicle from a different dealership in the area. After just under 2 months with the vehicle, we realized it was not what we wanted and were looking to trade it in for a Toyota. Jeff immediately was there to help us out. We wandered the lot for a LONG time looking at everything they had to offer and he was patient and incredibly helpful. We finally landed on a 2019 Tacoma. The process was painless, the price was incredibly fair, and we felt heard and understood the entire time. Jeff was patient while we adjusted and readjusted the financials on the truck, he gave us space when we needed to discuss things privately, and ultimately helped us get the truck we wanted at a price we could afford. We sat with him the whole day - the previous dealership passed us around like mashed potatoes at Thanksgiving. I would recommend this dealership to everyone, especially if you have had rough experiences in the past or are buying your first vehicle - no swindling, no stress, just a person trying to help and get you the car you need!
