This was unexpected and surpassed our expectations. However, it took 3 1/2 hours AFTER that to prepare the car and get all the paperwork done! Very frustrating. Wait and wait and wait. We took advantage of their little cafeteria as a guest of our salesperson. Nice facilities. We had an advance appointment, and the employee said she'd have the car we were interested in pulled up to the front when we arrived. But it wasn't there. It wasn't even on the Toyota lot. Our salesperson had to drive over to the larger lot and get it. Took 20 minutes to look around for it and then go get it. More

Easy, quick, and fun I arrived knowing I wanted a RAV4 Hybrid and didn't have to wait long to see the one in the color I liked. Luis' knowledge of all the new features was I arrived knowing I wanted a RAV4 Hybrid and didn't have to wait long to see the one in the color I liked. Luis' knowledge of all the new features was extremely informative and helpful. The test drive was fun and sold me on the car! The entire process took less than 3 hours. I had to pick up the car the following day, and they had it cleaned and ready as soon as I arrived. We did another walk around and review of the features, during which Luis helped me set up my Bluetooth and Apple CarPlay settings before I left. I had a great time working with Luis and the team!
