Broken brake lights, reverse lights, trunk lights They sold me a car with all kinds of broken lights that is hard to see with a simple test drive. I notified them immediately after the first day of ow They sold me a car with all kinds of broken lights that is hard to see with a simple test drive. I notified them immediately after the first day of ownership, and they had to drag their feet through managers and techs etc before they agreed to fix the problems. I get there car back, and they sill have lights left unfixed. RHRey refused to fix it stating it was a non safety issue, and that they would never fix it even if I returned the car because these repair costs add up and it’s simply policy for them. This just tells me that they’re ok selling broken cars to skim on costs, ignoring basic customer satisfaction, despite how fancy and shiny their dealership looks. I would doubt all vehicles that they sell. More

Happy 4Runner Owners We waited over 11 years to buy a new car. Our sales person was Nathan Martin. He was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, that the experience was We waited over 11 years to buy a new car. Our sales person was Nathan Martin. He was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, that the experience was actually fun. We went to the dealership to find a specific used 4runner we found online which Nathan promptly showed us and took us on a test drive. We spotted a new 2019 that we looked at but decided on the used 4runner. After the paperwork was almost done, we flipped and said no, we decided we want the new 4runner. Easier than flipping a light switch, Nathan changed it all around for us and helped us get the payment we were comfortable with. We are so glad we crossed paths with Nathan in the parking lot when we came to visit. We will strongly recommend Nathan Martin to any friends we have looking for a car or truck.
