Went into brows and found the car we were looking for. I was helping my younger brother look for his first car. We knew it had to be an older used car. As we were passing by Beaverton Toyota, we saw a couple great choices. We agreed to stop by and inquire about a couple. We walked around the lot and say a couple really nice cars. When we decided on a car (used Nissan Rogue) to follow up on we went in to go see a salesman. We met a gentleman by the name of Wasif who knew what car we wanted. There was no pressure from his part and he asked more questions to get an understanding of my brother and his driving needs. We took the car for a test drive and he explained the Beaverton Toyota one price policy. I did want to try and bargain, but the price was fair. He also shared with me the carfax. At the end of the test drive we asked if we could get the car in for an inspection, no problem there and the mechanic inspection was clean. The mechanic even said the car was like new for the condition it was in. We had previously been dealing with a few used car lots and salesmen and knew this was our car and our great opportunity. We put the paperwork together that day and walked away with my brother's new ride. Such a pleasant experience! More

Love the Tacoma,..staff was friendly! Was a little disappointed that Luis handed me off to Justin as soon as I walked in the door. Justin was nice, seemed new. Couldn't get me answers as to what work was done to my tacoma.(Had been in an accident, listed on carfax) The truck was missing floor mats, was told that i couldn't get them included in the deal. Was also missing the tailgate key,...Was told that i had to schedule a service appointment and drop the truck off. Had to play email tag, and come back to the dealership twice to find out that they could cut me a new key in 10 minutes. Also had to come back to the dealership to drop off more money so that my tags could be processed properly. More

Worst experience ever The only two people that deserve a rating of the five star was David Stephens and Andrew Hudson. We originally came to purchase a 2017 Toyota Tacoma The only two people that deserve a rating of the five star was David Stephens and Andrew Hudson. We originally came to purchase a 2017 Toyota Tacoma which was wholesaled out from underneath us with the original salesman Adam Gillette and RJ Florestan knowing full well we were preapproved for a loan and ready to purchase. We test drove it on a Thursday brought the trade in the next day which was Friday at 1:30pm. After the appraisal another salesman (David Stephens) not the the original one we were working with but clearly the better one to tell us the car had been wholesaled that morning. Now while we were under no obligation to purchase a vehicle from them after this we purchased a 2019 Tacoma. . We were ready to purchase the 2017 all we needed was the appraisal and a PO and our credit union was ready to cut cashiers checks . They had appointments on the books knowing we’re coming back in to purchase this vehicle . The only reason we purchased a 2019 was David Stephens who wasn’t the original salesman he was dropped in the middle of the mess he felt truly sorry for what happened and did his level best to get us into a truck similar to the 2017 that we looked at . There were many discrepancies with regards to the 2017 including price different on the Internet then the price we were given at the dealership. In addition to the fact the car was wholesaled when they knew we were coming in the very next morning for an appraisal and had pre-approved financing . David Stephens did a stellar job of finding a truck with the same trim level without raising the payments more than we wanted . Also want to add like that Andrew Hudson who actually did the vehicle appraisal since the original salesman didn’t show up (his name was Adam Gillette) he just didn’t show up after making the appointment. David Stephens had to tell me the truck had been wholesaled that morning. David Stephens worked his tail off to find us another truck. Now while Beaverton Toyota has many excuses that don’t hold water . The fact is that vehicle was priced differently on the Internet than it was when we got to the lot . The car was wholesaled when they knew full well we were coming in the next day to appraise our trade (we had a 1:30pm appointment) and again all the financing was taken care of all they had to do was provide an appraisal and a PO for me . Now while I have been in contact with Beaverton Toyota because of the price differences and the rest of the mess that happened which scream is a bait and switch . They have a large amount of excuses . I will be talking to the Oregon Department of Justice since they take a dim view Of advertising one price and changing it when you get to the dealership. Among the many other things that went wrong with trying to purchase the 2017 Tacoma. I do not in anyway want this review Reflect poorly on David Stephens he did an amazing job hence the five star review. Andrew Hudson pitched in when our salesman didn’t show up for appraisal he did it and he gets 5 stars. In addition Andrew cleared up misinformation from people in management about the features on this truck not only that but the maintenance plan that is not available on a used Toyota which I was told it was by RJ Florestan it was and it is not. David Stephens was the only reason they sold us the 2019. I also talked to the general manager Bif Babineau who blew the situation off. Also of note Ryan Johnson used car sales manager was asked why the car was wholesaled when it was clear We wanted to purchase it was rude and contentious. Horrible communication at the dealership!! Customer Service, price gets a one star rating. Price was different than advertised and only 2 out of the 6 people we dealt with were helpful. More
