First impressions make a difference. I've been taking my car to Beaverton Toyota for awhile now. However this visit was a bit less than stellar. Therefore, I could not rate 5 stars. First I saw the Assistant service manager texting on his cell phone (I guess he didn't have enough to do). Secondily I saw a service rep eating a sandwich or burrito or something. (Doesn't the dealership provide breakrooms?). I would rather have the person who greets me when I pull in site my service ticket. Rather be passed off to a service advisor. Waste of valuable time. As far as service. No review was done on the multipoint inspection. Was it even done? I have lost my faith in the quality of this dealership and it starts from the top down. Parts:. I needed to get a battery replaced for my key fob the parts person acted as if I was taking too much of his time didn't have much personality. More
