We visited several dealerships and her service brought us back for the purchase. She helped explain the financials and was up front through the entire process. In the end she upgraded us from looking at used to leasing a new 2019 Highlander Platinum. Erin was amazing, the dealership was professional and had the best lounge and food options of any dealership plus kid friendly places for our crazy kids to play. That did not turn out as expe Originally, I went to another Toyota dealer in town through Costco Auto program, expecting no hassle buying experience. That did not turn out as expected, though. Then I checked out Beaverton Toyota web site, saw a car I like, made initial contact via their web site and got appointment for visit next day. Once I got there, Josh greeted me, showed me the exactly the same car that I contacted about, and let me test-drove it. I ended up buying the car on that day. I did have to do a bit of negotiation for trade-in, but it was good efficient buying experience overall. The price was competitive with what I would have gotten from the other dealership thorough Costco program, too. More
