They use "one person, one price" in their advertising and, in our experience, it was really that easy. The price listed for the cars in which we were interested was spot on lowest price from the research we did and Tyler handled everything for us from the selection of cars through the loan application. Then he took on the role of go-between with the manager. Unfortunately, that's where their process breaks down. We had to wait for about two hours after finalizing our loan application until the manager was able to get all of the paperwork completed and get our signatures. To Tyler's credit, he continued to serve as go-between during this process (poor guy probably walked a mile between dealing with the manager, keeping us informed of progress, getting the car to their prep station, etc.) and we actually never interacted with the manager directly - so it literally was one person from start to finish. They have dozens of sales people but they need to do some work on their closing process to allow people to get on with their lives instead of sitting for hours waiting for their purchase to be final. More
