This time Jessica S rudely mentioned that my service is $845 this time and that’s what it is. 6 hours later I received a bill over $1000 with no further explanation (verbal or paper) was given upon my payment. Jessica wasn’t there to talk to me. It’s very disappointing because my husband is a customer of 16 years, I am a customer of 6 years and we never had a reason not to trust, but this time around it is very sad, $1100 sad… More

It would have been a much better buying experience if the accessories I wanted to add (e.g. roof rack, ordering of the CAT shield, etc.) could have been completed before taking possession of the car, as coming back to the dealership multiple times is not the most convenient. The entire process was fair, smooth, and transparent. We understood the price of our vehicle from the outset and it did not fluctuate across the buying process. We were presented with a few add-ons, which were thoroughly explained to us, but were never pressured onto us. Most importantly, the sales representative we worked with was genuine, knowledgeable, and helpful. Julian wanted nothing more than for us to feel as though we were taken care of and left with a vehicle we were happy about. We also traded in our used car, and though we were nervous about being lowballed for a car that we loved dearly, we felt as though we received a fair and transparent offer for it. Buying a car is like going to the dentist: it can be a miserable experience when you are in the wrong hands, but when you are in the right hands, you leave with enormous gratitude.
