Made sure things were done "right". I walked on to the lot having already done my research and knowing exactly the vehicle I was looking for. The salesperson located the vehicle for me immediately and after a test drive we started the paperwork. There were a few hiccups since I was registering the vehicle in another state, but the sales person and the (sales manager? general manager?) worked together to get that resolved. The free sodas and deli sandwiches were a welcome touch. The detailing took a little longer than was expected/necessary and the first person did a less than stellar job. (Basically just washed and vacuumed the vehicle, did not remove all of the stickers and some dried leaves that were stuck on. The head of the detailing department finished the job with diligence. The sales price matched the advertised price and there were no last minute add-ons or "whoops forget to tell you..." Overall a very straight-forward and open process. More
