Nathan was a pleasure to work with and put no pressure or timeline on me. He let me make the decisions and assisted expertly in all questions I had regarding my new vehicle. Questions were answered and recommendations made with reasons given for the choice. The Luis was very patient with this less than technology understanding person. Accommodations were made to meet my needs with Luis offering to come in on his day off to be the one to deliver the car to me. He also was willing to provide any extra help needed to learn the new technology the car has that is new to me. I truly appreciated all of caring helpful assistance I received from him. More

The finance department is deceiving I dealt with Muhammad and my sales person was Alex. We agreed over the phone that the price of the Tacoma was $40k even including accessories installe I dealt with Muhammad and my sales person was Alex. We agreed over the phone that the price of the Tacoma was $40k even including accessories installed. I got there and they showed me the price of the truck is $40k and my loan would be $40k. But the problem is I only owed $33300 on my previous rig and they my trade-in value that they gave me was $34800 I told them that the sale price we agreed was $40k even and if I have equity, my new loan should be $38500 since I have $1500 in equity. 40000 - 1500 is 38500. Simple math. They said 'you are right, we will fix that and bring the paperwork out'. They brought it out and I signed the paperwork quickly because I was in Beaverton for only a couple hours. I get home and I look over the paperwork, they just switched numbers around and I basically have the exact same loan. I would not recommend this dealership. Somehow they include my equity as down payment without discussing and increase the sale price of new cars. I would never go back there again. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because the sales person Alex was great to work with but Muhammad, the finance or sales manager is just awful. I know it is my fault that I didn't take more time looking over the numbers because I was in a hurry. But still, you should not do that to customers. If I saw it at the dealership, I would not have signed and finished the deal. More

That said, my experience with BT (and I've bought 4 cars from this dealership) has always been mediocre at best (it's location that keeps me coming back honestly). The process never feels transparent and customer service is lacking. Having been a long time customer, I don't ever feel like the dealership goes out of it's way to express appreciation for the loyalty. This time around, I was there FOREVER. Celso didn't strike me as honest and seemed frustrated that I had wasted his time running numbers and opted to go with my first choice (still a brand new $40K 4Runner). Having been at the dealership so long, I opted to move forward (though I really wanted to walk out the door). Again, Luis and Alexa were great and this review is no reflection on them. Overall, BT really needs to step up the level of transparency and customer service/appreciation. More
