Overall Good Experience Previously, I have had my car to BT for service and had a great experience. Their waiting room amenities are amazing and make waiting on service way Previously, I have had my car to BT for service and had a great experience. Their waiting room amenities are amazing and make waiting on service way more productive and relaxing! I have always bought new cars and I have had a fair bit of experience with dealerships. BT was better than most. Their style is a little different than what I was used to. Typically, you select a vehicle, haggle on price, and off you go. BT I found a little different. I was easily able to select and test drive any vehicle. The CLEAR pricing approach was different however from what I'm used to. In the end, the haggling does not happen. The price is the price. This is good and bad. On one hand, you traditionally never accept the first offer. You want to feel like you're getting something in the deal. I 'think' they offered me 2 years of free oil changes and tire rotation, but need to confirm. However, the salesman showed me the invoice price (on request) and the CLEAR price for my vehicle aligns with my research as a fair price for the vehicle. Overall a good experience. More
