We were presented with a few add-ons, which were thoroughly explained to us, but were never pressured onto us. Most importantly, the sales representative we worked with was genuine, knowledgeable, and helpful. Julian wanted nothing more than for us to feel as though we were taken care of and left with a vehicle we were happy about. We also traded in our used car, and though we were nervous about being lowballed for a car that we loved dearly, we felt as though we received a fair and transparent offer for it.
