Other dealerships would be very persistent about closing the deal, but with David, I felt comfortable with taking my time to mull over all the things I wanted in a vehicle to come to the right decision. Buying a car is a big purchase so I liked that I never felt pressured. I also appreciated that David came in on his day off because that was the only day I was able to pick up the car that week. He made sure I was set up correctly with all the tech integrations with this car and that I got all the info I needed to be on my way. I decided to give it a go after work knowing it would be slim they would have a car in my range (12.5K). When I arrived with my wife we were promptly greeted by a kind and patient man named Adam. He took us through the typical test drive and cost analysis, when it was time to sign I got nervous and called up my grandma who then told me, "Ask for Adam, he made my car buying calm, stress free, and exciting", to which I said "no way! I am working with Adam". What were the odds that out of all the cars they would sell that day, and all the consultants working, it would line up perfectly so that I got the man who sold my grandma her best car yet? That was all I needed to know to seal the deal, plus Adam helped me buy making sure I was getting what I wanted (A RAV4, AWD) And only went $200 over my price range which is a lot better than any other dealership was trying to sell me a large sedan/small SUV for. More
