He walked us through all the add on and warranty options and was never pushy when we decided not to purchase these. Another employee brought our kids some books and coloring pages without being asked and kept them entertained for the short time we were doing paperwork. They had the vehicle ready to go buy the time we were wrapping up the sale. We were shown all the functionality before we drove away. The whole process took around an hour. This was a great experience considering we had purchased a vehicle at this dealer 8 years prior and the experience was only so so. They have really upped their game! More
