I bought a 2016 Subaru Outback Premium about a week ago. Well when I got it home I thought the EyeSight feature and the cruise control wasn't working on it. So I called and made an appointment to have it ch Well when I got it home I thought the EyeSight feature and the cruise control wasn't working on it. So I called and made an appointment to have it checked out. They got me in the next day to check it out. Well, come to find out it was my lack of knowledge of the vehicle. All it was was a few buttons I was not pushing. Needless to say I felt like a fool but Julian made me feel a little better about it with his calm and reassuring demeanor. I have all the faith in Beaverton Toyota. They went above and beyond to help me even when it was my fault at no charge. The service was actually faster than I thought it was going to be as well.
