Was happy at first as it seemed the car buying process was made fairly low pressure and easy. Staff was super nice. Sadly, communication broke down after the sale during coordination of selection and installation of aftermarket accessories that were included in the sales price. Understandable that minor changes are an inconvenience to them but surely not unprecedented. I had to put in a lot of work (off and on for a month) not only calling and texting but also going back in to sign paperwork that was forgotten. There were communication and follow-up issues in each department (sales, parts, service). The answers were there, but getting them was extraordinarily difficult when it really should have been very easy. I sincerely think they need to reevaluate their processes for escalating issues (or maybe the ones in place weren't being used, who knows). If I could say no comment to the "would you recommend" question I would. Otherwise it is not a No, but nor is it a resounding Yes. More

Zach did an excellent job helping me select the exact car I wanted ( color, trim, model and year). Due to the specificity of what I wanted I assumed it would be a long time before I could get what I wanted. I wanted ( color, trim, model and year). Someone had cancelled their waitlist for the car I was looking for and he called me right away. I was able to leave work and with his efforts I was able to obtain the car. The whole process was very easy and never once did I feel as if the interaction was forced or sketchy. It was clear and to the point and exactly what a sale of a vehicle should look like. Beaverton Toyota is a clean well oiled machine and Zach was a fantastic guide. I’d recommend any time. More

I like that it’s a family owned dealership, that you deal with only one person from the beginning to the end, you are not handed off, and they have a simple and easy to understand approach to pricing. Jay the sales manager was also helpful when I needed a few out of the box items facilitated. Overall I had a really great experience. Once the decisions were made the process was fairly quick for how busy they were, and Hisela handled everything with the grace of a person who truly loves their job.
