I saw that as nothing short of a miracle! The two worked together feverishly to get everything right, and it was. I visited on my lunch break and test drove a Honda, return Kjellen has great customer service and goes above and beyond to take care of his customers. I visited on my lunch break and test drove a Honda, returned later in the evening and test drove a Toyota - kept him late, past closing of the dealership. It was not ideal but we test drove with our 3 kids, one being a 3 month old and he was GREAT with our kids too!! He kept us in the loop about the vehicles we test drove and helped us with answering all of our questions! I highly recommend Kjellen as the guy to work with if you’re looking to purchase - especially if you’re looking for a non-pushy approach! More

I waited in the waiting area for my RAV4 Chris Scott, got me checked in and had the service order written up quickly, Very enthusiastic and attentive. I waited in the waiting area for my RAV4 to be serviced, and wasn't even there a full hour. He got the paperwork to cashier quickly and seeing they were busy, processed the paperwork himself to get me on my way. He explained all the work that was done and inspections made, thoroughly and comprehensively and explained suggested future. Good job, great experience More
