I found this dealer online when I was hunting around for a good deal. and we found one at this dealership at a VERY substantial discount... and I have I found this dealer online when I was hunting around for a good deal. and we found one at this dealership at a VERY substantial discount... and I have to say that our overall experience was worth the drive from Klamath county Oregon up north to Beaverton Toyota. A very personable man by the name of Azhar Khan handled the sale of our new 2018 Rav4, and he was very professional and attentive to our inquiries, and he responded to our phone calls in a very timely manner. Azhar and his team at the dealership, (thank you as well "Biff") had all the details handled when I arrived at an hour before closing time to pick up my new vehicle and had me back on the road home in my new Rav4 in no time. while I was at the dealership i was treated quite hospitably by the staff and was immediately offered a cup of pretty good coffee when I arrived, perhaps a small detail, but one which I appreciated after my drive. my new vehicle was freshly detailed and Azhar was very thorough in walking me through all of the various features and technological functions of the Rav4, which there are quite a few of... that was important since I am new to things like lane keep assist, auto dimming High Beam Headlights (very cool !) and distance sensing cruise control... very VERY handy on my trip home ! If this review seems a bit enthusiastic, well it is... and it is WELL deserved after a lifetime of dealing with some lesser experiences at car buying, I was actually rather dreading the thought of it, but no worries this time... I have to say that Azhar and the Team at Beaverton Toyota are worthy of every bit of the praise given, I loved driving my new Rav4 home in our stormy Christmas weather, and I can honestly recommend that you give them a try. His welcoming, warm, and enthusiastic personality certainly enriched the whole experience. We haven't bought a new car in 12 years, so our lack of experience with all the new technology meant that Peter had to explain a great deal and put it in context that we'd understand, and he made us feel comfortable asking questions. Finally, a few days later when we drove up a bit early to the dealership, there he was standing next to our car, waiting for us. It turns out the car was only delivered that morning, but he had handled multiple details so that we could drive it off the lot that day. He made a point to thoroughly go over the paperwork and additional warranties we had wanted. He then spent a good deal of time helping us get acquainted with all the nobs, screens, etc in the car, which was very helpful and quelled some of our anxiety about mastering this new car. If our next car is a Toyota, we definitely want Peter to handle the sale. More
