Good experience - Some issues Excellent choice of vehicles in what we were looking for. Good communication with internet sales person. Showed up at dealership but car was not available to see due to just having come in that day. No negotiation at this dealer, and while price was reasonable, it was mainly due to rebate through Toyota. Could have likely gotten a better price elsewhere. I inquired about tax credit availability for Prius Prime and for an unknown reason they stated they couldn't provide that information. They did not provide an explanation as to why, and it was very frustrating and not consistent with what manufacturers of other cars would do, ie. Tesla states clearly elgibility for tax credit and amount. Provided a trade vehicle and amount they offered was reasonable. Sales person we had was new and wasn't as familiar with all aspects of the car and process yet, but he was very helpful and did the best he could under circumstances. Manager of store (Celso) would not provide any additional add-ins, not even key chain, mug or any promo items. Love the car, but experience with sales staff was average. More

He gave me relevant information and left the decision entirely up to me. Most of all he was very patient with my indecision and many questions. And perhaps most important, he has a great sense of humor so the whole (stressful) experience was as good as it could be. I very much appreciate his approach and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new or used car. More

started out good But.... Coming in to see a used car that I saw online. They were very helped got me to the car fairly quickly ( at their used car lot not far). Back to dealership, waited a while, now new guy, waited more, asked whats up, another new person. Finally doted the Is and crossed the Ts only to find out I was going to have to take the car thru DEQ. Ok, so did that next day. brought slip back to them nobody knew what was going on. waited, asked, finally said ok we got it. 1) could/or would not pay me for DEQ which said they would 2) only gave me one key with car, asked for second one would not make me one. REALLY These are small things I know BUT a dealership that wants to be 5 star rated does the small things too! More
