Good but not Great I had already picked out the car I wanted and already got pre-qualified online. So when I went into the dealership I wasn’t searching for anything but I had already picked out the car I wanted and already got pre-qualified online. So when I went into the dealership I wasn’t searching for anything but the car I had already picked out myself. We randomly got Peter as our sales guy and he was great. Super friendly, very nice guy, knowledgeable and he happened to of worked with one of my coworkers just a few weeks before. We were there for a maximum of 2 hours, which was awesome. They pulled the car up (didn’t need to test drive) and drove off. A few days later my service light comes on saying that my service was due 2k miles ago and theat I needed to take it in. I called Peter, 3 times and each time I wasn’t able to get a hold of him. Because he wasn’t available I spoke to someone else who then routed me to someone else. I was getting the run around and I didn’t like it at all. I had just purchased the vehicle from this dealership 2 days prior and now I couldn’t get a hold of anyone. I then took my vehicle into the actual dealership of the maker of the car and they were able to assist me in telling me that I needed an oil change. Something so simple as an oil change should of been done before the vehicle was let go. Not only was I upset about having to do this myself but I wasn’t even able to get a hold of anyone from the dealership I got it from. Needless to say, when purchasing a car, they’re good, but once you buy a used car from them they could care less about you. Would refer this dealership for purchase but will give a heads up on the relationship after purchase. More

Best non-traditional car buying experience. Dealt with only one or two people. Didn’t have to negotiate price since I did my research before going in knowing what the going price for the vehicle Dealt with only one or two people. Only disappointment was it still took a long time to buy and the discounts on the windshield were not applied on a lease and did not get the extra incentive for Black Friday close out of 2018 new model. One of my best overall experiences in dealing with a dealership. Definitely would recommend. One last step to pick it up and go over how all the features work on the vehicle and sync up my phone. That happens tomorrow, only because today is Thanksgiving and I am paying the rest of my down payment and taking delivery. More
