I had an appointment, but was handed off to someone else when I arrrived. He was very nice, but inexperienced, so he needed to consult with his manager often. Also, the vehicle was sold with a “We Owe” because it was keyed the night before I bought it and needed repainting. I was told service would follow up within a day or two. Today is day three. So far I’ve gotten two texts referencing a service order for a flat tire. ?? I’m basically happy with the car, which is why I rated 3 stars, but I’m disappointed with the customer service at this point. The only reason I am doing this survey now is because I’ve gotten 3 texts asking me to do so. I’m hopeful that I can give a better review at a later date. More
