Believe me, I looked at every used RAV4 in the area (and met some not-so-great sellers) before I found the car I finally purchased at 8 pm Saturday night! Karina was a breath of fresh air when she came out of the back to work with us. It was her calm, personable and professional attitude that really impressed us. We were ready to quit and go home, but she made everything so easy and low pressure. When it came to signing, Karina was on top of it! So organized and efficient! She had the answers to every single question I asked and did not bat an eye at my anxiety, grouchiness or scepticism. We kept her after hours, but at the end she even hustled and cleaned up the car for us before we left! What a pleasure. A true master of customer service, she is manager material for sure! Move this woman up! Karina brought Ajay Coomber out to answer some questions that I really wanted details on. He was such an upbeat guy and very accommodating. These two made me feel like I was actually having fun! They went out of their way to work with me so I would feel confident about my purchase when I left. So impressed! Funny thing was I had looked at this car early in my search! After looking at a LOT of used cars, I went back to Beaverton Toyota because their cars were in the best shape of any I'd seen! Justin Nguyen had showed it to me a few days earlier. He was great and told me about their business model where they don't work for commission, and don't haggle on price. I drove 3 cars with him. It was sooo great to know they were there to find us the car we wanted, not pressure us into buying something. He was very patient with me, as I was exhausted and had trouble making up my mind. These folks with soothe you after long hours of being lied to and jerked around by other dealers. 5 STARS!!! More

I bought my 2013 Prius from Beaverton Toyota several years back. Recently, the "check hybrid system" message came up and my car was unable to start. After calling the dealership, I was told it had to be towed in as this indicated serious system issues. After having it towed in after hours, I was nervous that my car would "fall through the cracks" as there was no one there to receive it. However, this was not the case at all. I received a call first thing the next morning confirming that my car was received and that a service order had been created to have it diagnosed. A few hours later, I got another call with the diagnosis that a new transistor kit had to be installed and that all of the work would be covered under warranty. I got a final call later that day when the car was ready to be picked up. John Judkins managed my case and he was so on top of it - I was blown away at how promptly and professionally he communicated and it was such a refreshing change to having the customer always calling to check on status. As a past customer, this service experience impressed me to where I can say that I will definitely be a future customer of Beaverton Toyata. More
