Yvonna, we addressed your initial concern immediately and had our Shop Manager and technician come out to your house to bring the vehicle back to the dealership for additional inspection. Both team members test drove the vehicle several times to confirm the concern had been remedied. We are not sure why the third party is claiming the parts used were not OEM. All parts used for your brakes including the brand new shims were OEM. Feel free to do a search online with the part numbers on your invoice and it will display as a genuine Toyota part. We would be happy to take a look at the vehicle with you and confirm the repairs completed as well as the parts used. They did not come to my house my wheel almost fell off while driving making me missing another day of work for this minor service. Fixing an issue the dealership service caused is not going above and beyond for a paying customer. The problem was not remedied less than a week later I took into a third party because of loud squeaking from the same problem tire... The invoice does list Toyota parts and number but the pads and shims are not those! I was physically shown the difference in parts used at the other shop and Like I've stated above this isn't the first false service and overcharge at this dealership, why wouldn't I go somewhere else? Seriously so disappointed and wouldn't feel safe driving away after your inspection process
