Untrustworthy services are guaranteed at this certified dealership! The first occasion was during a routine oil change and tire rotation request. They did not rotate my tires but charged me $30 for the ser dealership! The first occasion was during a routine oil change and tire rotation request. They did not rotate my tires but charged me $30 for the service. I took photos of my tires prior to service, I was refunded. My next services due were brake replacement, rotor service & shim replacement. My scheduled appointment took nearly 4 hours and within a day it was back in the shop... My passenger brake malfunctioned and if driven further would cause major brake/tire damages. The manager and tech came out to my car and informed me that the brake components were not tightened correctly and they would need to take it back to the shop for further repairs. The manager dropped off my vechicle personally and ensured everything was okay. He offered $50 off my next service with them as a sorry for their unreliable work and poor customer service. I missed two day of work for services that should have taken hours to complete. I told him I was not interested in taking my car to this dealership for services and had to get my husband involved for the manager to only refund me only half the brake job because "the back brakes are fine". THE WORST PART.... I still had issues with my front passenger brake and took to another shop for inspection where they informed me that the Toyota brake pads I was charged for & the actual part # is on my Toyota invoice were actually off brand brake pads, my rotors were never resurfaced, and shims needed replacing. If you are looking for Toyota service and parts look elsewhere this place and management is beyond unprofessional More
