Have gotten Prius serviced here since bought it in 2003 The service managers are friendly. You can make an appt online ahead of time. Facility is clean and nice, and a greeter will meet you within a minute The service managers are friendly. You can make an appt online ahead of time. They have a good waiting area with internet ports, computer stations, magazines, comfy chairs, even a small choice bar you can pick up a snack or mocha in. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is a past experience. I had to replace my hybrid battery in my '03 Prius 2 years ago. Parts and labor brought the cost to $3,000 for a NEW battery...yet they only offer a 1 year warranty. That really bothered me and that feeling has stuck with me, so for that I took off a star. I continue to go back because they've otherwise earned my loyalty. More

He is courteous, respectful and fun to work with, always very patient, listening to our questions and requests. His excellent product knowledge was extremely helpful in our decision making process. Ron tuned-in to what we were looking for in a vehicle and made sure that we were both happy and satisfied with our final choice. Purchasing a vehicle can be a very personal decision but Ron made the whole buying process seamless. He was easy to contact for our numerous questions and always responded quickly.
