We pulled in thinking I was going to get a Tacoma truck and were immediately greeted and helped by Richard Kim. He was patient, friendly, eager to please, treated us both amazing and wasn't pushy or car salesman type sleazy. This was the first time I've bought a new vehicle and not only did he work hard to give me the absolute best deal on my trade in but he also got me the best interest and payment I needed with my bad credit. I was sure I was going to leave empty handed and even when I changed my mind last minute to a Rav4, Richard went with it and showed me all I wanted to see and had me in my new ride within 4 hours of arrival! It was quick, fun, and one of the best parts was I never sat in front of a financial person. Richard was the only person I dealt with the entire time I was there. I'm very pleased!
