At first I felt a bit overwhelmed with all the decisions that I was about to make, but Ron was always patient and reassuring, sometimes having to repeat something that he had already answered; he assured me that it was fine with him to clarify as much as I needed. Today was the 3rd time at the showroom and because of Ron, I was now completely comfortable and excited about the decisions that I had made and was excited to be buying myself this new car. I had originally been considering a Suburu, but over the last 15 years, I have received excellent care and guidace from Patrice Porter;therefore, for my own comfort, I decided that I wanted to stick with Toyota and continue to have Patrice guide my service. More

Low Stress & Straightforward My family and I were extremely happy with our Beaverton Toyota car buying experience. We searched the Beaverton's inventory online from home and found a Highlander we were interested in. We checked the availability and it was still available. When we arrived, the Highlander was set aside and ready for our test drive. We were driving the car less than two minutes of walking into the dealership. Aaron was very helpful the entire experience and made sure to offer us refreshments and goodies many times along the way. My two little girls (8 and 10) took him up on it every time. It was refreshing to have one person, Aaron, be our point of contact the entire process. I also really appreciated that the price was posted and fair - I did my research and it was very competitive despite being a fixed price. It was a relief that there was no back and forth negotiations where interest rates, loan terms, trade-in value, and new vehicle purchase price were swirled to a monthly payment to try to obfuscate the deal. We didn't buy the car on our first visit and we were able to leave and think about it without being made to feel bad about taking our time to contemplate. Aaron followed up with us the next day and made sure we knew he was ready when/if we were, but never did he try to rush the deal. The toughest critics I know, my two daughters, started and ended our visit excited. The putt putt golf was a nice touch. I called Aaron a few days later to see if the car was still available. It was his day off and he went in to "see it and touch it" to make sure so that I didn't drive all the way to the dealer to find out it was sold. Many parts of the actual purchasing was electronic and on a tablet - I appreciated that. Beaverton Toyota made working with my credit union easy because they participate in the CUDL network - I didn't know what this was until this visit but it worked great. The car loan was funded electronically off hours without any physical shuttling between the dealer and my credit union. This is my fifth car buying experience spread over many different dealers. Since my purchase of the Highlander, I have already strongly recommended to my dad and my really good neighbor/friend to go to Beaverton Toyota if they needed a Toyota. Highly recommended! More

I worked closely with Jessica and she was an absolute doll, working with my crazy hours and staying well after her scheduled time to answer questions and help me get my vehicle all set up. Tony also helped me at the beginning and listened to what I was looking for and helped me find a few options I liked, which Jessica then helped me narrow down. I never felt like I was just a commission to the people I was working with, it was overall a really great experience. I would definitely come back / recommend Beaverton Toyota to a friend! More

I would recommend him anytime to all my family, friends, and co-workers. The purchase process was painless & fast. Azhar even dusted off a lot of debris off from our new car from the crease of hood & trunk himself. As agreed upon, he even had the service dept. take off the hand brake of our trade in car. I did not catch the service guy's name but he was very accommodating. My tire pressure light came on after my purchase which was on Sunday so I came in on Monday after work a few minutes before 6pm to get it fixed & alert reset. The service dept was closed but he was able to resolve the tire pressure issue in minutes. I also like the fact that your snacks from deli was comped while you were waiting to finalize sale. More

Mistakes Happen. Owning them is Refreshing A couple of weeks ago, I took my car for an oil change. Unfortunately, the oil cap was left off and it created a few problems (steam under the hood a A couple of weeks ago, I took my car for an oil change. Unfortunately, the oil cap was left off and it created a few problems (steam under the hood and oil splashing). The service manager at the dealer owned the issue and made every effort to address the situation. To me, customer loyalty is strongly dependent on ownership of the dealer. Based on this reaction, I will continue to be a customer of Beaverton Toyota. More
A car buying experience done the right way. My wife and I initially went to CarMax to get a used SUV. They had a car we were interested in that was 20 miles away and said it may take up to 4 day My wife and I initially went to CarMax to get a used SUV. They had a car we were interested in that was 20 miles away and said it may take up to 4 days to get it transferred. We waited 4 days and no word so we went to Beaverton Toyota to look around. I had seen a RAV4 earlier in the week and was impressed. Greg Parker approached us and we talked a little about the car. He seemed knowledgeable and did not pressure us in any way. We left impressed with him and the car. We decided to make an appointment with Greg at the dealership to take a closer look and find out more about the car. He was extremely patient with us and answered all the questions that we had. Meanwhile, CarMax still did not contact us so we wrote them off our list. They seem to have a broken sales strategy or are terrible at following up with customers. We met with Greg and he took us to the lot with the car we were interested in and we took a very pleasant test drive. When we got back to the dealership I was interested in trading in my Ford Cmax and purchasing the RAV4 Limited. I thought that the usual "tools of the trade" would be brought out and it would be a struggle just to get out of there. This was not the case. The sales process was very straight forward and without pressure. We felt free to accept or reject parts of the contract without undo pressure. Greg was a pleasure to deal with and my wife and I would recommend him to anyone interested in duplicating our experience at Beaverton Toyota. More
