Beaverton had 3 for me to choose from with a great price- $2-3k less than other dealerships. Once we decided what I would be purchasing- warranties, etc- that part was pretty quick, but finalizing everything and finally leaving the dealership took another 2 hours.. I wish the last half would’ve been more efficient but I understand buying a car isn’t a quick process. Overall, happy with my experience and was treated great. I didn’t feel taken advantage of or like someone was blowing me smoke. It was satisfying process. More

90000 mile check up and check noise in front Rob Simchen rode with me to help identify the noise in the front of the car. he took his time to make sure we heard the same thing. he wrote up, in Rob Simchen rode with me to help identify the noise in the front of the car. he took his time to make sure we heard the same thing. he wrote up, in addition to the 90000 mile service, an additional diagnostic test to discover the cause. The scheduled 90000 check was complete and everything was done that needed to be at that time. He also found that the noise was caused by struts that were wearing down, but not to the point of being unsafe. We are going to schedule a time when I can leave the car to have it taken care of. I am very appreciative of his handling of my concern, and his reassurance that all is ok until I have time to get it taken care of. He was a great advocate for me and with concern for the car and my safety. He is a great employee. I trust him and his knowledge completely. More

Outstanding Customer Service Received! I visited Beaverton Toyota late afternoon 4/9 and left with my previously loved 4Runner the next day. I expressed my needs to Ajay and he delivered. S I visited Beaverton Toyota late afternoon 4/9 and left with my previously loved 4Runner the next day. I expressed my needs to Ajay and he delivered. Since I am expecting a child only a few weeks later I wanted to do most of the work from my office via email or text. Ajay was able to accommodate that for me which made the entire process a whole lot smoother. He made himself available if I had questions or to review the deal by phone and made sure my sparkly new Toyota was ready to drive off the lot when I arrived the very next day. I literally sat in the dealership for roughly 10-minutes time before driving away. Thank you so much, Ajay for making this such a positive and friendly customer service experience. I haven't purchased a new rig for a looooong time and I will certainly visit Beaverton Toyota again in 5-years when my new beauty is all paid off.
