From the get go, Alex was incredibly attentive and understanding as our customer service rep. He listened to what we wanted in a car, offered us variety and listened to our concerns, and ultimately helped us to pick our new car. He never pressured us into models that we weren't interested in or tried to convince us that something was 'close enough' even if we had concerns. Once we decided that we wanted a Hybrid RAV4 with Galactic Aqua paint, Alex was able to secure us the next model that was being shipped to the dealership. We placed a down payment and heard from Alex once a week with updates until our car arrived a month later. The actual leasing process was incredibly easy and straight forward and took approximately 30 minutes. We never felt rushed or like our questions were an imposition. Beaverton had 3 for me to choose from with a great price- $2-3k less than other dealerships. Once we decided what I would be purchasing- warranties, etc- that part was pretty quick, but finalizing everything and finally leaving the dealership took another 2 hours.. I wish the last half would’ve been more efficient but I understand buying a car isn’t a quick process. Overall, happy with my experience and was treated great. I didn’t feel taken advantage of or like someone was blowing me smoke. It was satisfying process. More

90000 mile check up and check noise in front Rob Simchen rode with me to help identify the noise in the front of the car. he took his time to make sure we heard the same thing. he wrote up, in Rob Simchen rode with me to help identify the noise in the front of the car. he took his time to make sure we heard the same thing. he wrote up, in addition to the 90000 mile service, an additional diagnostic test to discover the cause. The scheduled 90000 check was complete and everything was done that needed to be at that time. He also found that the noise was caused by struts that were wearing down, but not to the point of being unsafe. We are going to schedule a time when I can leave the car to have it taken care of. I am very appreciative of his handling of my concern, and his reassurance that all is ok until I have time to get it taken care of. He was a great advocate for me and with concern for the car and my safety. He is a great employee. I trust him and his knowledge completely. More
