First off, I drove my 21 year old truck in hoping for a trade-in. My old truck was on it’s last leg and in fact would not start once I parked it at the dealer. Hasan greeted me at the dealer’s door and made me feel very much at ease. While I knew what kind of truck I wanted with my preferred exterior color, I was unsure of the interior color. Hasan suggested another interior color that I first rejected, but after Hasan explained to me why I should consider the other color, it made more sense. I really value Hasan’s suggestions. Hasan showed me every Toyota 4Runner Limited in various colors that Beaverton Toyota has to offer. Unfortunately, there was no 4Runner with the exterior color that I wanted so Hasan looked for that particular exterior color from other Toyota dealers all around the Northwest. Once the truck was found, it was brought down to Beaverton Toyota for me to inspect. Of course, that 4Runner was the one I wanted. Hasan gave me a great price and even took my old truck as a trade-in! At the end of all of this, Hasan helped very greatly in answering questions about the 4Runner and all the necessary paperwork. Overall, the experience at Beaverton Toyota was great. Everyone I talked with are very friendly and knowledgeable. More

Amazing service, a very kind and helpful employee I came to Toyota because I have learned from past experiences on buying used cars at random car lots. They offered text msg to get some cars ready for me after I got off work, which was really convenient since I can't have my phone glued to my ear at work but I can receive msgs. The employees knew a lot about their vehicles and took the time to make sure I knew what I wanted and would be happy! There was zero pressure into purchasing something and getting on my way. Wasif was the person who helped me and he was so AWESOME! I now have a beautiful car that I love and Beaverton Toyota has gained a loyal customer! More

I just purchased my 6th car from Beaverton Toyota since 1995, an amazing 2017 Prius Prime. In the past I've purchased a Corolla, Tacoma TRD, 4Runner, Prius Gen 2 and Prius Gen 3. I do shop around when I'm looking for a vehicle, but they have consistently offered the most for my trade-ins and been the fairest when it came to purchase price and fitting my budget. It's also an easier process now (for the last few years I think) as they have the prices on their website which are the real selling price. It's also nice that you just have one person with a fancy iPad app and free coffee instead of being handed off to multiple people and the stress of negotiating like other dealers. Wasif Syed, our salesperson for our latest car, was great; he knew all the details about the Prime and even quickly found the answer to a very technical question (I'm a Prius nerd) in the owners manual during our test drive. I don't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family and will continue to go there next time I'm in the market for a car. More

I came in for a scheduled tire rotation and inspection I just wanted to write to say thank you very much for exceptional customer service I received. I came in for a scheduled tire rotation and inspection that ended up turning into extra things being done that I had not scheduled, and more than double my quoted wait time and price. Spencer handled it all very well once he discovered the mistake and what could have been a very frustrating situation turned into a very positive experience. He did not have to go above and beyond to make sure I was happy, but he did.
