In the end, Ajay came through I bought a car but had second thoughts just 4 days later. While I could have exchanged it through their awesome 7-day exchange program, I chose to sel I bought a car but had second thoughts just 4 days later. While I could have exchanged it through their awesome 7-day exchange program, I chose to sell it back to the dealership. I knew I would take a hit but was expecting the dealership to be fair given it was only 4 days later and by the condition of the car, including the mileage, it was clear that I hadn't driven it past getting it home and back to the dealership. At first they were very reluctant and it was infuriating. Given that I was handed off 3 times when I purchased the car, I was super frustrated that they wouldn't work with me, as I know they will sell the car quickly and had I not had such a disjointed buying experience, I would have walked away with a different car to begin with. The price I was asking for was within the range of the KBB suggested price for dealerships. Their initial offer was not. But after lots of discussion, a large payment on my part, and a push by Ajay, Biff agreed to a higher price. I was very grateful and confused since it was only $200 less than what I had asked for to begin with. Kind of ridiculous I had to go through all of that for $200. But there was much to celebrate in addition to the higher price. I was treated with respect and empathy by the salesman, Ajay Coomber. If you're looking for an honest guy who will listen and knows the cars well, ask for Ajay. He is top notch for sure. I also appreciated the food purchased for my kids during the original purchase experience. It took more than 3 hours so it helped to fill their tummies while we waited. More
